Shipping Rates & Procedures:

Our website focuses on getting you your games as quickly, safely and cheaply as possible. For this reason, we use USPS First Class International Mail as no other service comes close to the value of this mailing option. Below are our standard rates which are accurate rates that are not inflated like most websites. Please note that all shipping prices include a standard $1.99 Handling Fee (Service Charge) as well as $0.75 - $1.00 for Bubble Mailer/Cardboard Box/Mailing Supplies. The table is as follows:

Weights Over 4 Pounds:

We will have special shipping costs for anything over 4 pounds. Please note that 4 pounds and over will be shipped Priority Mail which is slightly higher in cost, but also faster typically.

Return Policies:

GamesForCanada.com will accept returns on new and used merchandise with the exception of Gift Cards, Points cards and other electronic delivery items. Return requests must be sent out within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be in the same condition that they were sent out in (new games must be returned new and used games must be in the same condition as listed in the item listing). Refunds will be made via the original payment type once the item has been received and confirmed to be in satisfactory condition. Please notify us through the website if you are interested in returning a product. Members who appear to be abusing our return policy will be indefinitely suspended until further notice.
